Our whipped shea butter is made with natural ingredients and contains no stabilizers or synthetic fillers. As a result, we cannot control how it reacts to temperature changes during shipping, especially in warmer months. If your butter melts in transit, the texture may change—but don’t worry, the product is still safe and effective to use.

If you’d like to restore the original whipped texture, simply melt the butter gently using a double boiler, then place it in the fridge until it thickens (but is not completely solid). Once it reaches a semi-firm consistency, whip it with a hand mixer until it becomes light and fluffy again.
